My journey through marathon running and coaching has been a quest to blend passion with expertise. Over the years, I’ve conquered the six World Marathon Majors and earned my RRCA/TrainingPeaks coaching certifications since 2018. These experiences have fueled my desire to empower others in their running endeavors, offering insights into effective run and marathon training. What sets me apart is my background in data engineering, where I leverage analytics to bring a scientific and data-driven approach to coaching. By analyzing your workouts, I tailor programs that not only enhance physical performance but also nurture mental resilience. Running isn’t just about miles—it’s about achieving holistic growth, both mentally and physically, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Running has been a lifelong passion of mine. It takes time, dedication, and perseverance, but with the right mindset and training, it can become a lifestyle that enhances every aspect of your life. Let’s make running a part of your journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling life!
